Effortlessly release negative patterns of the mind & reduce stress naturally during this relaxing musical meditation. The sound vibrations impact our nervous system, reduce brain wave activity, slow respiratory & heart rate creating the perfect condition to release blocked energy & bring the body back into alignment.

Bring a mat to lie comfortably on the floor (and your own pillow if you’d like) or a folding lounge chair if you prefer. Blankets and floor cushions provided.

Subhadra is a rhythmic meditation guide, yoga instructor & audiobook narrator in spiritual nonfiction with over 20 years experience in holistic health practices & has performed sound healings in RI/MA since 2019. After attending her first gong bath in 2005 there was no turning back & she’s been passionate about playing gongs for others ever since.
