Kristin Kolesar Fabris D.C.
Kristin Updated.jpg

Dr. Kristin Kolesar Fabris has practiced an individualized and holistic approach to patient care in Rhode Island since 2007.

She believes true health should not be measured by merely the absence of disease but rather the quality of living. She is passionate about contributing to the growth of integrative healthcare in our community, which promotes determining true causation of a health concern and combining the best therapies for individual needs both for short term relief as well as long term wellbeing.

She believes in teaching patients the ability to go inward to receive their care, to go inward to know their own bodies, and to become their own conscious healer for within themselves. She believes this care should be available to everyone, regardless of income or insurance coverage.

Dr. K earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from National University of Health Sciences in Chicago in 2007. She received her undergraduate B.S. degree in Psychology and Biology at Loyola University Maryland in 2004. She has extensive training in diagnosis, x-ray evaluation, physical medicine, and nutrition. She has had further extensive training in women’s health and nutrition, and is certified in Webster Technique for pregnant women. She currently serves as Past President on the board of the Chiropractic Society of Rhode Island.

When not practicing the art of adjusting, she is likely goofing around with her daughter Isla and spending time with family. Her passions are music and dancing, poetry, plant medicine, yoga and meditation, and writing guided meditations for all to enjoy!

She is also a certified yoga instructor and has been teaching Hatha yoga for over 40 years. She has given many lectures to the community and professionally on wellness, women’s health, pain management and complementary therapies.

Danielle Cleary

Danielle received a B.A. in French and Spanish from Harvard in 1998, and then spent much of her free time over the next two decades studying holistic nutrition, the energy of intention, and natural remedies for healing the body.  In 2016, Danielle earned her Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching certification.

Over the next few years, Danielle’s skills were tested as she was diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer in June 2017, just a month after her son was diagnosed with an autoimmune illness called PANDAS that causes brain inflammation and triggers mental health conditions. Danielle and her family weathered the storms and are thriving. Her experience inspired her to dive more deeply into energy medicine and sound healing. She is certified in reiki I and II, and is constantly expanding her knowledge in these areas.

Danielle joined the Be Well team in early 2020. In addition to her role as office manager, Danielle offers private energy healing sessions and group workshops at the Be Well Alchemy space.

Court Morgan

Court Morgan (2).png

Court Morgan (she/they) E-RYT500/RYCEP. Court’s unique, skillful teaching style enables students to find a greater depth of understanding and awareness in their practice, both on and off the mat. Her interdisciplinary approach synthesizes the energetics of classical yoga with anatomy-informed alignment, Buddhist studies and trauma healing through Somatic Experiencing with clear instruction that encourages the development of natural awareness, compassion, playfulness, curiosity and ease.

Courtney began a regular meditation practice in 1997 and incorporated yoga asana in 2001. Her style has been strongly influenced by study and practice of early Buddhist philosophy and the YogaWorks lineage of teachers where she completed her foundational teacher training and subsequent apprenticeship with co-founder and master teacher, Chuck Miller. Inspired by the YogaWorks and Patagonia models after working for locations in NYC and Seattle, from 2013-2019 Court founded and taught at Revolver Yoga Studio in Walla Walla, Washington, while studying with and assisting trainings for Jason Crandell in Seattle, London and San Francisco. She continues her study of the yogic arts with Tias Little and in the Vipassana (Insight) lineage with Dharma teachers Alexis Santos and Vance Pryor, who encouraged her to offer Buddhist teachings and develop the Insight Sangha Providence. Court holds a Master's degree in Design Studies from Central Saint Martins University in London along with a BA in Fine Art and Religion. She lives in Providence, RI with her partner, co-teacher, and fellow practitioner, Laura Williamson.

Laura Williamson

Laura headshot.jpg

Laura Williamson–RYT200; M.S. Exercise Sports Studies (they/them). A lifelong athlete with a history of injury, Laura began taking yoga classes consistently in 2015 for the same reason many people find themselves on the mat–to relieve chronic pain and long held patterns of muscular tension in the spine, shoulders, and hips; and to reduce the felt anxiety caused by the stressors of everyday life. Having only known a high speed mentality and high impact demand for the body and mind while competing and coaching in collegiate athletics, it took nurturing a patient attitude and self-compassion to give permission to slow down long enough to gain an awareness and understanding for what the body and mind needed to unwind and to heal.

Stepping away from collegiate coaching in 2019, Laura began a deeper inquiry into Yoga philosophy and practice earning their RYT200 in 2020, guided by teacher and spouse (Courtney Morgan RYT-500). Laura is currently studying to earn their RYT-500 with a concentration in yoga therapy with teachers Tias and Surya Little at Prajna Yoga in Santa Fe, NM. It is through a therapeutic lens that Laura approaches their teaching. With an emphasis on lengthening muscle fibers to create space for the reconnection of the neurological pathways responsible for firing those muscles, students will find that this approach to asana eases chronic pain while sustainably building strength and stabilization from the center out.

Laura and her partner, Courtney Morgan, co-founded Insight Sangha PVD in June 2023. AA 100% donation based mindfulness meditation group, IS:PVD focuses on holding space and offering teachings and guidance for those interested in nurturing a meditation practice and mindful life. Laura teaches gentle movement sequences to open each session to help prepare bodies and minds to settle into seated meditation practice with more ease. Laura resides in Providence with their partner Courtney and sweet orange tabby, Fredrik.
