Gentle Morning Yoga via Zoom
Wake up a second time and start your weekend right.
This 60 minute class incorporates traditional Yoga poses in creative and accessible ways to start your day. This slow flow practice focuses on gentle movement that allows you to control the intensity of your practice. Modifications will always be offered to increase the
intensity or to take it down a notch depending on what your body needs that day. This class will leave you feeling stronger in mind and body and ready to take on the day. All ages, all bodies, are welcome.
